Expands the definition of "eligible person" in public records confidentiality statutes (sections 11-483, 11-484, 13-2401, 16-153, 28-454, 39-123, and 39-124) to include employees of the Department of Economic Security Adult Protective Services who have direct contact with families in the course of employment.

Allows Department of Economic Security Adult Protective Services employees to request that their residential address and telephone number be redacted or restricted from public access in county recorder, assessor, treasurer, voter registration, and motor vehicle division records.

Extends confidentiality protections to Department of Economic Security Adult Protective Services employees in personnel files maintained by state and local government entities, similar to protections already afforded to law enforcement and other eligible persons.

Applies the same affidavit filing procedures, court review processes, and five-year protection periods to Department of Economic Security Adult Protective Services employees as apply to other eligible persons under existing public records confidentiality laws.

Makes unauthorized disclosure of personal information of Department of Economic Security Adult Protective Services employees a class 5 or class 6 felony depending on the circumstances and intent.
