Repeals section 41-3017.08, Arizona Revised Statutes.

Adds section 41-3025.08 establishing that the property tax oversight commission terminates on July 1, 2025.

Repeals Title 42, chapter 17, article 1 and the new section on January 1, 2026.

Continues the property tax oversight commission to provide oversight of budgeting and taxation processes for counties, municipalities, school districts, and community college districts.

Sections 1 and 2 are effective retroactively from July 1, 2017.
