Amends Section 41-713, Arizona Revised Statutes, regarding the telecommunications fund established for the telecommunications program office.

Requires the department of administration to post its annual telecommunications fund report on the department's website, in addition to submitting it with the annual budget request.

The report must account for all monies deposited in the fund, their sources, how fund monies were used in the preceding fiscal year, and plans for future use.

Monies in the fund, including subaccounts and private accounts such as the infrastructure investment account, remain subject to annual legislative appropriation.
