Adds section 16-625 to Title 16, chapter 4, article 10 of Arizona Revised Statutes regarding electronic ballot data and digital images.

Requires the election officer in charge to ensure electronic data from ballots and electronic or digital images of ballots are protected from physical and electronic access, including unauthorized copying or transfer.

Mandates that security measures for electronic ballot data and digital images be at least as protective as those prescribed for paper ballots.
