Amends A.R.S. § 10-3204 to remove the reference to § 12-2506 regarding liability limitations for persons acting on behalf of non-existent corporations, making them jointly and severally liable for all liabilities created while so acting.

Repeals Title 12, Chapter 16 of the Arizona Revised Statutes, which contains the Uniform Contribution Among Tortfeasors Act.

Eliminates the statutory framework allowing tortfeasors (those who commit torts/wrongful acts) to seek contribution from other jointly liable parties for damages they must pay.
