Amends Section 26-1015 of the Arizona Revised Statutes regarding nonjudicial punishments in the Arizona Code of Military Justice.

Changes language regarding commanding officer authority from gender-specific "his" to gender-neutral "the commanding officer's" throughout the statute.

Increases maximum forfeiture amounts for officers from 14 drill periods to 28 drill periods when imposed by the governor, adjutant general, or general officer in command.

Increases maximum forfeiture amounts for enlisted members under officers of major rank or above from 14 drill periods to 28 drill periods.

Removes detention of pay provisions and clarifies that forfeiture of pay cannot be combined with detention of pay without apportionment in disciplinary actions.
