Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 3-3614 to require fingerprinting for individuals applying for certification as a new qualified applicator in pest management.

Applicants must submit a full set of fingerprints and required fees to the division for state and federal criminal records checks.

The director submits fingerprints to the Department of Public Safety, which conducts checks pursuant to Section 41-1750 and Public Law 92-544.

The Department of Public Safety may exchange fingerprint data with the Federal Bureau of Investigation.

Applies to qualified applicator certification in seven pest management categories: industrial/institutional/structural, wood-destroying organisms, ornamental and turf, right-of-way, aquatic, fumigation, and other director-established categories.
