Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 36-136 to require the Department of Health Services director to prescribe an exclusion for fetal demise cases from the "Hospital Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems" (HCAHPS) standardized survey.

Defines "fetal demise" as a fetal death that occurs or is confirmed in a licensed hospital, excluding abortions as defined in section 36-2151.

Provides that until the department adopts the exclusion by rule, hospitals may not include patients who experienced fetal demise in the HCAHPS survey.

Makes minor grammatical corrections throughout section 36-136, changing "the state" to "this state" and "on site" to "on-site" for consistency.
