AZ SB1137

Authorizes the director of the department of administration to establish rules allowing collection of fees for each warrant issued to vendors providing materials, services, or construction to the state.

Requires collected warrant fees to be deposited into the state general fund.

Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 35-185 regarding disbursement of state monies through warrants and electronic funds transfer vouchers.

Maintains existing requirements that the state treasurer disburse public monies based on warrants and vouchers issued by the department of administration.
