Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 28-1326 regarding blood test analysis for driving under the influence cases.

Corrects a reference in subsection C.2 from "director of the department of health services" to "director of the department of public safety" for consistency with the rest of the statute.

Maintains the director of public safety's authority to revoke permits of analysts who cannot accurately analyze blood or bodily substances for alcohol concentration or fail to follow adopted rules.
