Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 48-529 regarding certificates of sale in municipal improvement district proceedings.

Allows legal property descriptions in certificates of sale to optionally include the parcel number or street address in addition to the legal description.

Updates gender-neutral language by replacing "his" with "the street superintendent's" and "the clerk's" throughout the statute.

Changes "Upon" to "On" in the provision describing when assessment liens vest in the purchaser upon filing of the certificate.

Requires the street superintendent to enter sale details on the assessment roll including description of sold property, sale amount, date, and purchaser name.
