Changes the article heading of title 12, chapter 6, article 18 from "FIREARMS STORAGE AND TRANSPORTATION" to "FIREARMS AND WEAPONS"

Transfers and renumbers section 12-714 to become section 12-781.02 within title 12, chapter 6, article 18

Creates section 12-781.01 to provide immunity from civil liability for persons or entities when another person uses a weapon in an area that is not a gun-free zone, unless the defendant intended to cause injury or acted with gross negligence

Defines "gun-free zone" as any building, place, area, curtilage open to the public, or public conveyance where weapons are prohibited by the managing entity, except where prohibition is required by state or federal law
