Requires registered sex offenders to register all electronic devices (smartphones, tablets, computers, televisions, etc.) with the Arizona Department of Public Safety within ten days of conviction, release from incarceration, or receiving notice of requirements.

Mandates installation of approved electronic device monitoring software on all registered devices to provide automated, continuous monitoring of email and internet content accessed from those devices.

Requires licensed electronic device monitoring companies to continuously monitor registered devices for the duration of the offender's sex offender registration obligation, with real-time monitoring by certified law enforcement officers.

Exempts employer-provided electronic devices that are used exclusively for business purposes from the registration and monitoring requirements.
