• Repeals section 41-3017.10, Arizona Revised Statutes, effective retroactively from July 1, 2017.

• Creates section 41-3020.12 to establish that the Archaeology Advisory Commission terminates on July 1, 2020.

• Repeals section 41-847 and the new termination provision on January 1, 2021.

• Continues the Archaeology Advisory Commission to provide expert advice to the state historic preservation officer on archaeological education, site protection, and archaeological activities and issues in Arizona.
