Amends Arizona law to allow (rather than require) insurers offering comprehensive automobile coverage to provide optional coverage for repair or replacement of damaged safety equipment.

Defines "safety equipment" as glass in windshields, doors, windows, and materials used in vehicle lights.

Changes language from "shall provide at the option of the insured complete coverage" to "may offer coverage," making such coverage optional for insurers rather than mandatory.

Allows coverage for damaged safety equipment to be subject to a deductible selected by the insured, rather than without deductible restrictions.

Becomes effective December 31, 2018.
