Amends section 28-4805 of the Arizona Revised Statutes to modify reimbursement amounts paid to towing companies for abandoned vehicles.

Changes towing company reimbursement from a flat $100 fee to twenty percent of the abandonment fee collected by the department of transportation.

Removes the restriction limiting reimbursement to vehicles abandoned on national forest, state park, Bureau of Land Management, or state trust land.

Requires the department of transportation to set the abandoned vehicle fee at a level sufficient to cover the twenty percent towing company reimbursement without reducing abandoned vehicle administration funds.
