Amends section 5-406 of Arizona Revised Statutes to require bingo operators to offer assistance to players with disabilities, including reserving at least two technological aids for qualifying players.

Prohibits charging players with disabilities a fee or minimum purchase requirement for using electronic substitutes for bingo cards, unless such requirements apply uniformly to all players.

Requires bingo operators to allow players with disabilities to claim prizes via printout or other evidence from technological aids and to use visual or audio signals to announce winning patterns.

Permits operators to provide assistance persons for players whose disabilities restrict their ability to mark cards, use technological aids, or announce bingo, and allows disabled employees to use technological aids for job functions.

Makes grammatical and technical corrections to existing bingo regulations, including changing "upon" to "on" and "which" to "that" in multiple sections.
