Repeals section 41-3017.06, Arizona Revised Statutes, and adds new section 41-3025.06 to establish a termination date for the Arizona Department of Housing.

Sets termination date of July 1, 2025 for the Arizona Department of Housing, with title 41, chapter 37 and the new section repealed on January 1, 2026.

Continues the Arizona Department of Housing to address affordable housing issues, housing for low and moderate income families, special needs populations, and decaying housing stock.

Maintains department authority to regulate standards for manufactured homes, factory-built buildings, mobile homes, and accessory structures.

Provides for adjudication of complaints and enforcement of the Arizona mobile home parks residential landlord and tenant act.
