Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 20-398 to exempt any portion of a property insurance policy containing wildfire protection services from the standard policy form approval requirements.

Requires property insurance policies with wildfire protection services (including wildfire mitigation and suppression services by private entities) to include a conspicuously stamped or written notice in bold-faced type stating that these services are not subject to review by the Department of Insurance.

Maintains existing approval procedures for other types of property insurance policies, with the director having 30 days to approve or disapprove forms, or up to 45 days if an extension is granted.
