Requires charter schools to accept academic credits earned by transfer pupils from previously attended charter schools or school districts.

Allows charter school governing boards to adopt policies determining whether transferred credits count as elective or core credits.

Permits pupils to request and take examinations within ten school days to have transferred credits reclassified from elective to core credit status upon passing.

Requires charter schools to report pupil withdrawals or transfers to the Department of Education within two weeks and mandates ADM adjustment at the next scheduled state aid distribution.
