• Charter schools that maintain a website must post charter documents relevant to establishment, performance agreements with authorizers, and program descriptions including courses offered.

• Charter schools must disclose transportation services and any charges, meal information including free or reduced-price meal eligibility, and annual attrition rates for both students (disaggregated by grade) and teachers.

• Charter schools must post a comprehensive summary of nonpublic funding sources and amounts received, including duration of philanthropic commitments.

• Charter schools must identify legal title holders of land and buildings used and describe any public subsidies used to purchase or lease those properties.

• If a charter school does not maintain its own website, the charter school's sponsor must post this information on the sponsor's website.
