Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 15-181 to impose public meeting and records requirements on charter schools and related entities.

Requires charter schools, their governing bodies, sponsors, holders, operators, corporate boards, and management organizations to comply with Arizona's open meeting law (Title 38, Chapter 3, Article 3.1).

Mandates that notices of public meetings, agendas, and minutes be prominently posted on both the charter school website and the state board for charter schools website.

Requires charter schools to comply with Arizona's public records law (Title 39, Chapter 1) and post public records prominently on their website and the state board for charter schools website.
