Adds Arizona Revised Statutes section 38-1116 requiring law enforcement officers to review recorded video of their own use of force incidents before administrative investigations are considered complete.

Applies only to investigations of use of force incidents that resulted in death or serious physical injury to another person.

Requires officers to be read a specific notice before viewing video that acknowledges video limitations, notes it may differ from officer recollection, and emphasizes they should not feel compelled to explain differences between their memory and the video evidence.

Preserves law enforcement agencies' authority to adopt their own policies or rules regarding officers' review of recorded video.
