Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 32-1302 to change the composition of the State Board of Funeral Directors and Embalmers from four licensed practitioners and three public members to three licensed practitioners and four public members.

Requires that one of the four public members be an owner or manager of a business with no financial interest in funeral establishments, crematoriums, or funeral goods and services.

Maintains existing qualifications that public members cannot be currently licensed under the funeral directors and embalmers chapter and cannot have been licensed within the five years preceding appointment.

Allows all current board members serving on the effective date to continue until their normal terms expire; thereafter, the governor shall appoint replacements according to the new composition requirements.
