Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 13-3006 to correct terminology regarding offenses involving divulging communication service information.

Changes references from "communications service provider" to "communication service provider" throughout the statute for consistency.

Maintains existing class 6 felony classification for persons who intentionally obtain knowledge of wire or electronic communication contents through connivance with a communication service provider or its officers/employees.

Preserves the prohibition on communication service providers, officers, or employees from intentionally divulging contents or nature of wire or electronic communications without sender or recipient permission, except as permitted under Section 13-3012.
