Exempts entrepreneurship programs and courses from the five-year review requirement that the career and technical education division must conduct on joint technical education district (JTED) programs and courses to ensure compliance, quality, and eligibility.

Maintains the five-year review cycle for all other JTED programs and courses beginning in 2020, with the division able to establish a staggered review schedule across districts.

Programs or courses not meeting legal requirements following review are ineligible for funding and must be removed from the approved program and course list.

Allows the career and technical education division to establish review schedules that stagger reviews across different joint technical education districts.
