Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 16-622 regarding the transmission of unofficial election results to the Secretary of State during ballot counting.

Requires that unofficial returns released during counting and unofficial results made public in federal, statewide, or legislative elections must be transmitted to the Secretary of State by telephone, fax, or other electronic means.

Authorizes the Secretary of State to prescribe a uniform electronic format for county election officers to use when transmitting unofficial results.

Allows the uniform format to include separate totals for ballots cast at polling places or voting centers, early ballots, and provisional ballots.
