Amends Arizona Revised Statutes § 38-296.01 to add new restrictions on candidates running for multiple federal offices simultaneously.

Prohibits candidates from running for more than one federal office at the same time, with an exception for candidates for president and vice-president who may run for one additional federal office simultaneously.

Maintains existing prohibitions on candidates running for multiple statewide offices, multiple legislative offices, or both legislative and statewide offices simultaneously.

Retains the restriction on running for more than one school district governing board position simultaneously, except in the final year of a board member's current term.
