Adds Article 15 to Arizona Revised Statutes Title 36, Chapter 6 regarding influenza vaccinations.

Authorizes the appropriate legislative committee of reference to consider whether state law or rule changes are necessary if the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services retire influenza vaccination requirements from their hospital quality reporting and value-based purchasing programs.

Requires the legislative committee of reference to evaluate whether continuing to mandate hospitals assess patients age 65 and older and offer influenza vaccinations serves the best interest of public health before introducing legislation on the matter.
