Adds sexual orientation, gender identity, and veteran status as protected classes in Arizona's civil rights laws covering employment, housing, and public accommodations.

Defines "sexual orientation" as homosexuality, heterosexuality, or bisexuality; "gender identity" as gender-related identity, appearance, or mannerisms regardless of designated sex at birth; and "veteran status" as having served on active duty in the U.S. armed forces.

Extends anti-discrimination protections to employment practices, including hiring, firing, compensation, terms and conditions of employment, labor organization membership, and apprenticeship programs.

Prohibits discrimination in housing, including sales, rentals, financing, real estate transactions, brokerage services, and advertising related to residential properties based on the newly protected classes.

Applies protections to places of public accommodation, with exceptions for private clubs, dwellings, and situations where providing service would violate state or federal law.
