AZ SB1327

Authorizes the Arizona Department of Administration to place a Gold Star memorial in Wesley Bolin Plaza, pursuant to procedures established in Arizona Revised Statutes Section 41-1363.

Requires all fund-raising and costs for artistic design and construction of the memorial to be the sole responsibility of proponents, with no public monies authorized for the memorial's costs.

Prohibits the state from facilitating fund-raising or establishing a state fund for deposit of memorial-related monies.

Repeals this authorization on September 30, 2020.
