Establishes the elder abuse investigations study committee consisting of 14 members including legislators, county attorneys, law enforcement representatives, elder law attorneys, and state agency officials.

Committee members are appointed by the speaker of the house, president of the senate, or governor, with the two legislative chambers each designating one cochairperson.

Committee shall study Arizona's current system for protecting, preventing, investigating, and prosecuting elder abuse cases and examine existing barriers, services, and resources available to address elder abuse.

Committee must submit annual reports on or before December 15 each year to the governor, president of the senate, speaker of the house, and secretary of state detailing findings and recommendations.

Committee expires and this section is repealed on December 31, 2020.
