Requires county recorders to establish on-site early voting locations at their offices, open beginning the same day early ballots are sent out.

Mandates on-site early voting locations remain open until 7:00 p.m. each business day during the early voting period through the Monday preceding election day.

Requires on-site early voting locations to be open on Saturdays and Sundays until 7:00 p.m. during the two weekends immediately preceding election day.

Extends the deadline for electors to appear in person and vote at on-site early voting locations from 5:00 p.m. on Friday preceding the election to 7:00 p.m. on Monday preceding the election.
