Requires municipalities to adopt residential building code requirements for tiny home construction, defined as single-family dwellings not exceeding 400 square feet.

Requires counties with zoning authority to adopt residential building code requirements for tiny home construction in unincorporated areas.

Adds a new Article 1.1 to Title 9, Chapter 7 of the Arizona Revised Statutes establishing standards for tiny home building codes.

Renumbers existing subsections in section 11-861 to accommodate the new tiny home code requirement without changing other fire sprinkler or code adoption provisions.
