Repeals Title 11, Chapter 7, Article 8 of Arizona Revised Statutes (relates to gang and immigration intelligence team enforcement mission) and section 41-1724 (gang and immigration intelligence team enforcement mission border security and law enforcement subaccount).

Removes provisions authorizing peace officers to stop and detain persons based on reasonable suspicion of civil traffic law violations during smuggling enforcement and eliminates arrest authority for persons removable from the United States.

Removes entrapment defense provisions from sections 23-212 and 23-212.01 regarding employer violations for knowingly or intentionally employing unauthorized aliens.

Removes vehicle impoundment provisions authorizing law enforcement to remove and impound vehicles used to transport or conceal aliens in violation of immigration law.

Modifies fund distribution of penalty assessments by eliminating deposits to the gang and immigration intelligence team enforcement mission border security and law enforcement subaccount, redirecting those funds to the public safety equipment fund.
