Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 13-716 to modify parole provisions for juvenile offenders sentenced to life imprisonment.

Maintains eligibility for parole upon completion of the minimum sentence for persons convicted of offenses committed before age 18, regardless of offense date.

Changes parole duration from indefinite life parole to "up to the remainder of the person's life" with the board of executive clemency determining the specific length.

Preserves the authority to revoke parole pursuant to section 31-415.
