Amends sections 33-1258 and 33-1805 of Arizona Revised Statutes relating to condominiums and planned communities associations.

Establishes no fee for electronic records of 9 megabytes or less, and allows associations to charge up to $5 per additional 9 megabytes of electronic data requested by unit owners or members.

Maintains the existing 10-business-day timeframe for associations to provide copies of both paper and electronic records to members or their designated representatives.

Preserves existing exemptions from disclosure for attorney-client communications, pending litigation, closed board meetings, personal/health/financial records, and employee performance information.

Keeps the existing 15-cents-per-page maximum fee for paper copies of association records.
