Adds Section 20-1234 to Title 20, Chapter 6, Article 1 of Arizona Revised Statutes regarding annuity withdrawals and restoration.

Allows holders of annuities to restore withdrawn funds back into the annuity before the annuity commencement date, regardless of other existing laws.

Permits restoration to occur in whole or in part, meaning withdrawals can be fully or partially restored to the annuity account.

Permits restoration to occur either all at once or in stages, and at any time prior to when the annuity commencement date is reached.
