Establishes title protections for art therapists in Arizona, prohibiting use of the "art therapist" title without active national registration from the Art Therapy Credentials Board.

Requires the Arizona Department of Health Services to contract for art therapy services only with board-certified art therapists or master's-level graduates under supervision of a certified therapist.

Applies the same contracting requirements to the division (Title 36, Chapter 5.1) and administration (Title 36, Chapter 34) for art therapy services.

Defines "art therapy" as the use of psychotherapeutic principles combined with master's-level training in art media to facilitate communication and implement therapeutic interventions for cognitive, developmental, behavioral, and emotional needs.

Clarifies that departments are not required to contract for or reimburse art therapy services, only that any services contracted must meet specified credential standards.
