Mandates that pharmacy benefits managers establish a written appeals process for disputes regarding prescription drug pricing, with pharmacies having at least thirty days after adjudication to appeal pricing discrepancies.

Requires all contracts between network pharmacies and pharmacy benefits managers entered into or renewed after January 1, 2018 to include the written pricing and appeals process.
