Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 32-2101 to expand the definition of "subdivider" to exclude persons selling, leasing, or gifting land to their children or grandchildren.

Modifies the definition of "subdivision" to exclude the sale, lease, or gift of a person's land to their child or grandchild from subdivision regulations.

Expands the definition of "unsubdivided lands" to include land sold, leased, or gifted to a person's child or grandchild that would otherwise constitute the sixth lot or parcel triggering subdivision requirements.

Allows family transfers of real property to children and grandchildren without triggering regulatory obligations that normally apply when dividing land into six or more lots or parcels.
