Establishes an Office of Indian Education within the Department of Education with personnel hired by the superintendent of public instruction to provide technical assistance to schools and Indian nations serving Native American students.

Requires the office to provide technical assistance in areas including professional development, data literacy, teacher recruitment and retention, native language development, fiscal management, family engagement, and incorporation of Native American culture into curricula.

Mandates establishment of an Indian Education Advisory Council that includes parents who are not certificated teachers to advise on education matters.

Requires annual meetings between representatives from Indian nations, state board of education, governor's office, legislature, and superintendent of public instruction to coordinate activities related to Native American education.

Mandates annual statewide and district-level Native American education status reports to Indian nations covering student achievement, school safety, dropout rates, attendance, parent involvement, targeted programs, and other educational metrics.
