Establishes the Joint Study Committee on Dual Enrollment for Tribal Colleges consisting of 3 senators, 3 house members, 2 school district governing board members, 2 tribal college representatives, and 1 public member appointed by the governor.

Committee is tasked with studying and developing policies to expand funding options for dual enrollment programs offered by tribal colleges.

Committee must submit a report with findings and recommendations to the governor, senate president, house speaker, and secretary of state by December 1, 2018.

The committee is repealed effective December 31, 2018.
