Increases the compulsory school attendance age from 16 to 18 years old for Arizona children.

Modifies eligibility requirements for high school equivalency diplomas, changing minimum age requirement from 16 to 18 years old.

Extends school attendance requirements to children "who is at least six and under eighteen years of age" rather than the previous "between the ages of six and sixteen."

Applies updated age requirements to truancy laws, habitual truancy definitions, and attendance officer enforcement powers.

Amends multiple sections of Arizona Revised Statutes (15-702, 15-802, 15-803, 15-805) to implement the new compulsory attendance age across school attendance, employment, and truancy provisions.
