Requires presidential candidates to submit copies of their federal and state income tax returns for the preceding five years to the Arizona Secretary of State no later than September 15 before the general election.

Makes a presidential candidate ineligible to appear on the general election ballot if they fail to provide copies of their income tax returns.

Makes candidates for presidential elector ineligible to appear on the general election ballot if their party's presidential candidate fails to submit the required tax return copies.
