Amends Arizona law to add exceptions to when a person may use deadly physical force in self-defense.

Prohibits use of deadly physical force if a person leaves a place of safety and actively pursues another person who is engaged in a lawful activity.

Prohibits use of deadly physical force if a person continues to pursue another person after a law enforcement officer requests that the person retreat to a place of safety.

Maintains existing law that a person has no duty to retreat before using deadly physical force if they are in a lawful place and not engaged in unlawful activity.
