Establishes the medical marijuana study committee with six legislative members (three from House, three from Senate, appointed by respective leaders with no more than two from same party), three nonprofit marijuana industry trade association members appointed by governor based on county population, and representatives from the Department of Health Services and Attorney General's office.

Committee members are not eligible to receive compensation or reimbursement of expenses, and a majority of members constitutes a quorum.

Committee shall discuss the purpose and benefits of medical marijuana and make recommendations for legislation furthering the Arizona Medical Marijuana Act (A.R.S. Title 36, Chapter 28.1).

Committee must submit annual reports of findings and recommendations on or before December 15 of each year to the governor, president of senate, speaker of house, and secretary of state.

Committee provision is repealed effective December 31, 2020.
