Establishes a fresh food bonus program for Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) enrollees to provide matching funds for purchases of fresh fruits and vegetables at farmers markets.

Provides a maximum of $10 per market per day in matching monies to SNAP beneficiaries, subject to available funding.

Creates the fresh food bonus fund consisting of federal grants and private grants, gifts, and donations, with the department administering the fund and costs for program administration and marketing.

Authorizes the department to contract with a third party to administer the fresh food bonus program.

Program terminates on July 1, 2027 pursuant to automatic sunset provisions.
