Requires any ultrasound performed on a pregnant woman at a limited service pregnancy center to be conducted by a licensed or certified health care provider whose scope of practice includes performing ultrasounds.

Defines "health care provider" as an individual licensed or certified under Arizona Title 32 to provide health care services in the state.

Defines "limited service pregnancy center" as an organization providing pregnancy counseling or information for a fee or free of charge that does not perform abortions, make abortion referrals, and is not licensed or certified by the state or federal government to provide medical or health care services.

Excludes hospitals, abortion clinics, family planning clinics, and licensed health care providers from the definition of limited service pregnancy centers.
