Repeals Arizona Revised Statutes section 23-1302, which protects employees' right to work free from labor organization membership requirements.

Changes the article heading of Title 23, Chapter 8, Article 1 from "RIGHT TO WORK" to "GENERAL PROVISIONS."

Removes the protected status of exercising free choice with respect to nonmembership in a labor organization as grounds for retaliatory discharge claims under section 23-1501.

Becomes effective only if Arizona voters approve a constitutional amendment repealing Article XXV of the Arizona Constitution (relating to right to work) at the next general election.
